By then, we'll know the full playoff bracket on the way to Super Bowl 60.

It gets started on Saturday with those battles for the NFC South and NFC West. First, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-9) will try to pick themselves off the mat after going 1-7 since their bye week as they host the Carolina Panthers (8-8), who didn't look good last week against Seattle. This one is interesting as both teams have had a lot of close wins to get to this point, so we'll see who can get it done. If the Panthers win, they win the NFC South at 9-8. However, even if the Buccaneers win this game on Saturday, they must wait until Sunday afternoon to see if the Saints can beat the Falcons; otherwise, there will be three teams tied at 8-9, and the Panthers will win the NFC South. How fitting would that be?

Things are much simpler on Saturday night in the NFC West. It's the big one for the No. 1 seed between the Seattle Seahawks (13-3) and San Francisco 49ers (12-4). The winner not only wins the NFC West but also secures the top seed, which could be particularly important for the 49ers, as it means they wouldn't have to leave Levi's Stadium for five straight games, including Super Bowl 60 in February. This is a Week 1 rematch, but things should look different with all the injuries that have piled up for both teams. But right now, Brock Purdy comes in red hot, and we'll see if Sam Darnold can answer. If you recall, he was in this spot last year in Week 18 with Minnesota, with the No. 1 seed on the line in Detroit, and let's say things did not go well. But a win there would be huge for him and Seattle, the new Super Bowl favorite.

In the early Sunday afternoon window, we have the aforementioned game between the Falcons and Saints in Atlanta that could actually determine the NFC South winner. But the main point of contention here is the AFC South. If the Jacksonville Jaguars beat the Titans at home as a huge favorite, they win the AFC South. But should the Jaguars falter, then the Houston Texans can win the AFC South by earning their ninth-straight win over the Colts, who will be starting Riley Leonard instead of Philip Rivers for the final game of the season.

We also have a rushing title battle brewing between Jonathan Taylor and Buffalo's James Cook. Taylor trails Cook by 47 yards, so we'll see how that plays out, as Cook may want to rest with other Buffalo starters, like Josh Allen, in the 4:25 PM game between the Bills and Jets. Speaking of the Jets, more history can be made in that game as they are already the first defense in NFL history to go 16 straight games without intercepting a pass on defense. So, it could come down to Mitch Trubisky to keep that number clean for every passer to face the Jets this year.

In the late-afternoon window, the main games will decide the No. 1 seed in the AFC. The Denver Broncos (13-3) can earn it with a win over the Chargers, who will reportedly rest Justin Herbert with his hand injury, and the Chargers are content with the No. 7 seed. However, if the Broncos falter, the New England Patriots (13-3) can secure the top seed by beating the Miami Dolphins at home. We'll see if Drake Maye can lock up his MVP award, as the Rams may not play Matthew Stafford and the starters, depending on what happens Saturday in the NFC West. The Rams could be headed for a No. 6 seed. Elsewhere, it could be the final NFL game for Travis Kelce with the Chiefs taking on the Raiders in Las Vegas. That also could be the end of the line for coach Pete Carroll, 74, if the Raiders decide to part ways after a 2-win season.

Finally, Sunday night is Game 272 of the 2025 season in Pittsburgh. It's the great rivalry between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens, with the 40th meeting between coaches John Harbaugh and Mike Tomlin. Will it be the last? Rumors are swirling that the losing team could make a coaching move, especially if it's Baltimore, which is trying to recover from a 1-5 start. Meanwhile, it could be Aaron Rodgers' final NFL game if the Steelers lose, and he won't have D.K. Metcalf (suspended) again at wide receiver. However, the most significant question mark is whether Lamar Jackson (back) will return, or if the Ravens will try to lean on Tyler Huntley and Derrick Henry to save the season, as they did last week in Green Bay. The AFC North and the No. 4 seed are on the line here.

That said, let's go through the NFL Week 18 lines with the latest odds and a betting tip for each game.
