League scoring is down which also means fantasy scoring is down. Grinding small edges on the waiver wire will play an important part in fantasy matchups especially with bye weeks right around the corner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is another week in which small roster adjustments can be made and conserving FAAB budget future weeks. If this trend continues I will break down defense and kicker streamers in a bit more detail as every extra point becomes more valuable in lower-scoring settings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If Week 2 was &#8220;Elijah Mitchell Week,&#8221; Week 4 is officially &#8220;Josh Gordon Week.&#8221; Gordon will command the most attention this week as he is joining the Kansas City Chiefs.
