The annual Sharp Football team needs series is going strong over in our 2024 NFL Draft Hub<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Warren Sharp, Rich Hribar, & Sam Yarnell discussed the most interesting of those teams in the latest edition of the Sharp Football Podcast.<\/p>\n

Sharp specifically mentioned the Chargers, who are in an interesting spot heading into Jim Harbaugh<\/strong>‘s first season in charge.<\/p>\n

They have the second largest year-over-year increase in ease of any team. <\/em><\/p>\n

They played the sixth-toughest schedule last year and the second-easiest this year. <\/em><\/p>\n

They have the fourth most draft capital based on our calculations. <\/em><\/p>\n

You've got a new coaching staff, and we know Jim Harbaugh's track record from when he coached with the San Francisco 49ers.<\/em><\/p>\n

He took a team in San Francisco that was off of eight straight losing seasons, and in his first year he took them to 13-3 and the conference championship. <\/em><\/p>\n

He exceeded the win total for the 49ers in all of his first three seasons as the head coach there. <\/em><\/p>\n

Can he do the same with the Chargers? <\/em><\/p>\n

They've got more holes, but they also have an easier schedule, so I think they're a fascinating team to see what they're going to do with all this draft capital.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
