This home offers comfortable and spacious living, entertainment, and dining. It has 3 private bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The primary suite offers a King-size bed, an updated walk-in shower and full-size washer/dryer for all your laundry needs. There are 2 additional bedrooms and 2 baths. 2nd bedroom boasts two Queen-size bed and sitting area, 3rd bedroom has a full over full bunk bed with twin size trundle. Our entertainment room on the lower level has a Twin-Size sofa bed . All beds have new memory foam mattresses, linens and furnishings are all new.

Spend your summer days swimming in the lavish 17 x 35 inground pool or stargazing through the nights by the poolside patio with firepit. (The pool is from Memorial Day to Labor Day). Relax with a book in the custom gazebo or on the wrap-around deck overlooking a beautiful, unique wooded setting. Comfortable living open floor plan, sunken living room has wood pellet stove which heats up whole top floor and provides wonderful warmth in winter. Absolutely gorgeous views in the fall. Enjoy the newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and well-equipped essentials. Large formal dining room with sliders out to spacious deck with lounge seating and brand new grill overlooking the pool and lawn. The finished lower level features a summer kitchen, den and recreational room equipped with air hockey, pool table, ping pong, foosball, Mahjong, poker table and many board games. Children’s toys, books and games for endless fun. It would be a great space for competitive family game night. Lots of parking space on the lot.
It is a beautiful quiet scenic home perfect for families with children! Lots of places to visit in Putnam County and Plenty of year-round adventures for families and outdoors lovers from hiking to 7 scenic trails in the Carmel area to skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing at Thunder Ridge Ski Area. Guest Access
As a guest, you can access via smart locks on the door, come and go from the house without worrying about keeping track of keys. The code is emailed/texted to you before your arrival. The house also has a well-lit private driveway with room for several cars.

Other things to note
This is a heated pool & can be heated with an additional charge upon request.
Although this property is perfect for entertaining, for liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed to stay in the house.
For the safety purposes, we have affixed security cameras at the entrances and other common areas. A Ring camera doorbell is installed to monitor real occupancy and for emergency situations only. No cameras focus on living or private areas.
The cleaning fee is used to pay a professional cleaning company that thoroughly cleans the property in between guests. To control the spread of Covid-19, all linens including bedding covers, and all towels are washed at a high heat setting after each stay. Every high-touch surface are sanitized by disinfectants with 70% alcohol.
